Moniquie Love Turnbull faces fraud and prison contraband charges after her arrest was recorded on bodycam footage.

A Miami woman accused of posing as a bank representative to scam an elderly resident allegedly carried the crime straight into custody, where corrections staff discovered 3,200 dollars in cash hidden inside her vagina.
Moniquie Love Turnbull was arrested by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office after she allegedly showed up at a senior citizen's home pretending to represent their bank. Deputies say Turnbull told the victim their account was compromised and offered to personally dispose of their credit or debit cards. The resident grew suspicious and alerted law enforcement. While investigating, deputies received another tip linking Turnbull to a similar incident. Officers intercepted Turnbull driving near Interstate 95 and arrested her during a traffic stop captured on bodycam.
She was initially charged with scheme to defraud, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card involving a victim 60 or older, and felony use of a two-way communication device. The case escalated at the Martin County Jail when staff discovered the concealed cash, resulting in an additional charge of introducing contraband into a detention facility. Turnbull is currently being held on a 500,000 dollar bond. Following the arrest, authorities urged residents never to give cash, cards, or personal access to unexpected visitors claiming to represent banks or government agencies, advising anyone targeted to call 911 immediately.
